We have used several real estate agents in the past to buy homes, but our experience with Larry was truly above and beyond. We live out of state, so Larry took the time to talk with us on the phone about the area, email area websites to us, visit the homes we were interested in and take numerous digital pictures. When we did visit the area, we toured more than just the home we wanted to purchase. Larry made sure to take us throughout the neighboring towns so we could get a true feel for the area we were purchasing a home in. He was always quick to communicate the activities of the transaction throughout our escrow and make sure that we were up to date on the progress. He offered advice and recommendations, so that we felt comfortable with our home purchase and with the activities that would go into getting the home ready to live in. He has continued to stay in touch to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Larry Askew to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Estate sales are difficult at best and I suspect this sale offered its own challenges. What impressed me the most were your tireless efforts directed to its sale. Hi Larry,
I want to thank you for your professionalism in handling the sale of my Deschutes River Woods house. I did try "For Sale by Owner" which did pay off in learning what the market was doing but certainly didn't get the results (the place sold) that I wanted. In going with you I actually got more for the house than what I was asking and it afforded me the opportunity to spend the summer sailing and not $%#!$ing around with perspective buyers and trying to figure out how to cover my butt.
